Cross Culture Training at HSBC – This dissertation seeks to determine the strategies for effective cross cultural training. The focus of the study will be HSBC bank which is a very well-known and established name in the banking sector in UK and all over the world. In multinational organisations where people belong to different cultures and diverse backgrounds, the importance of cross cultural training cannot be over emphasized.

When people from entirely different cultures are communicating with each other in order to make important business decisions, the chances of conflicts are always there due to differences of backgrounds. Cross cultural training helps to create awareness among people which enhances better business relationships essential for individual and organisational growth. Cross culture training programs enable employees to closely work together in order to achieve common organisational goals.

This dissertation also aims at investigating the drivers behind HSBC bank initiatives on cross cultural training and their impact on the organisation.
