Accordingly, this research has been conducted to investigate about how to overcome communication barriers in a diversified environment.

Communication barriers can occur due to different religious, languages and cultures of an organization. Sainsbury PLC has a variety of cultures, languages and religious among its employees as it recruit employees from different religious as well as different countries. As a result, Sainsbury PLC should deal with such differences by overcoming communications barriers among employees, so as to utilise its human resources efficiently and effectively within its diversified environment. Hence, it is interesting to see about how Sainsbury PLC can overcome such communication barriers within its diversified environment.
