This research provides an understanding about the benefits of training on the organizational commitment at Google Inc. This paper works to examine whether there are other influential factors on organizational commitment beside training activities and examined the relationship between these variables based on the literature. This is a descriptive study and used primary data collected through survey method by using a questionnaire. The results from the survey of 100 employees at Google Inc showed that training plays a significant role and provides an incentive to the organizations to achieve organizational commitment. Another important finding of this research shows that there are factors like monetary rewards and non-monetary benefits that can help the organization to increase the level of organizational commitment
